Context: The Client would like to be informed of all publications and online conversations that concern the organisation and its management team.

Results: Geneva Intelligence managed the implementation as follows:

  • Setting up of the e-reputation monitoring within a specialized platform
  • Creating a list of sensitive topics that could affect the organisation
  • Identifying of all the social network accounts of public personalities who can express themselves on behalf of the organisation
  • Definition of keywords and drafting of associated queries
  • Definition of filters in order to achieve a detailed analysis of the impact
  • Analysis of the information collection: Geneva Intelligence analyses the results of the monitoring in order to send them to the Client as alerts or monthly analysis reports.
