Background and reputation check for a recruitment in a strategic position

Context: The Client is a multinational company and is in the closing phase of the recruitment of its future CFO. Geneva Intelligence was mandated to conduct a reputation review of the last candidate in the running, his working methods and any red flags that could potentially harm the Client.

Results: Feedback from the target’s former colleagues and partners all indicated that this candidate had integrity, a strong work ethic and was competent. This candidate had good relationships with all stakeholders encountered in the course of his or her duties and presented a management style in line with the Client’s expectations.

The recruitment was successfully finalised.
