Context: The Client mandated Geneva Intelligence to identify, qualify and select new partners and business contributors for its distribution business.
Results: Geneva Intelligence compiled a list of 30 companies that met the Client’s main criteria and conducted extensive open-source research to provide as complete a picture as possible of each company.
On this basis, Geneva Intelligence proposed a short list of 10 companies that best met the Client’s criteria and contacted each of the 10 to finalise the information and propose a possible partnership with the Client. Three of them expressed a willingness to partner with the Client and seemed particularly suitable in light of the information obtained during the study. These three companies had the opportunity to come and pitch their services to the Client.
A partner was finally chosen with full knowledge of the facts and with success.
